RoadAtlas is an independent travel inspiration and route-planning website. We are not affiliated with governments, tourism boards, national parks, transport authorities, or any destination/brand mentioned unless explicitly stated.

Informational Content

Routes, distances, travel times, places, photos, advisories, and map links are provided for general planning and inspiration. Conditions can change quickly. Verify road access, safety conditions, opening hours, permits, border rules, weather, and local requirements with official sources before traveling.

No Travel Services Sold

RoadAtlas does not sell transportation, lodging, permits, tours, insurance, visas, or travel packages. Third-party links and embedded services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.

Affiliate And Sponsored Links

Some third-party planning links may be affiliate or sponsored links. RoadAtlas may earn a commission if you choose to buy through those links, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our route selection, travel notes, or independence.

Use At Your Own Risk

You are responsible for your own travel decisions, vehicle suitability, local compliance, and personal safety. RoadAtlas is not liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on site content or third-party services.

AI Route Personalization

RoadAtlas offers an AI-assisted route personalization feature that adapts a canonical base route to preferences you submit. Generated personalizations are suggestions, not verified itineraries. Place names, opening hours, road conditions, and recommendations can be inaccurate or out of date. Treat AI output the same way you treat the rest of the site: as a planning aid that you verify against official sources before traveling.

You agree not to use the personalization feature to generate content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or that attempts to circumvent the quota system, including by sharing or automating account credentials. We may suspend accounts that breach these limits.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Traveler and Explorer) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are charged in your local currency at checkout where supported. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI personalizations that resets on the first day of each calendar month, UTC. Unused quota does not roll over. If you upgrade or downgrade mid-period, the new tier's quota applies immediately to the remainder of the period.

Cancellation And Refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your plan remains active and the quota is honoured until that date, after which the account returns to the Free tier.

Within 14 days of your first paid charge, you may request a full refund of that first charge by emailing contact@roadatlas.app. After 14 days, paid charges are non-refundable; cancelling will stop future charges. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from profile settings. Deletion cancels any active subscription effective at the end of the current billing period, removes your saved personalizations, and erases your sign-in record. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
