Prices shown in USD. At checkout we charge in your local currency where available (EUR, GBP, BRL, INR, MXN, TRY, JPY, IDR, and more). Annual billing saves two months. The monthly quota resets on the first of each calendar month, UTC.

Common questions

What is an AI personalization?

You pick a base route, set preferences (pace, interests, dates, group, budget, must-include, avoid), and we adapt the stops, nights at each stop, and place recommendations to your trip. The base route stays grounded in real geography we have driven. The AI does not invent new routes from scratch.

How does the monthly quota work?

Every completed personalization counts as one. The quota resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Quota does not roll over. If you upgrade or downgrade mid-month, your remaining quota for the new tier applies immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open the customer portal from your account page and cancel. Your plan keeps working until the end of the current billing period, after which it returns to Free.

Do you offer refunds?

Within 14 days of your first paid charge, you may request a refund by emailing contact@roadatlas.app. After 14 days, paid charges are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

What data does the AI see?

The preferences you submit (dates, interests, group composition, free-text notes) and the canonical base route are sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not send your email, name, or any identifier OpenAI can link back to you. Generated routes are stored in your account so you can revisit them. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Sign in, open profile settings, scroll to "Delete account". This cancels any active subscription, removes your personalizations, and deletes your sign-in record. The action is permanent.
