- Ürümqi

- Flaming Mountain
『西遊記』に描かれた赤い砂岩の稜線。夏には、海抜マイナス154mのトルファン盆地で地表温度が70°Cに達します。
- Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves
砂漠の崖にある仏教の洞窟礼拝堂。イスラム到来以前の5世紀から14世紀にかけて、ウイグルの職人によって装飾されました。
