Snaefell Mountain Course
マン島
世界最古の二輪レース・サーキットで、1911年からTTコースはダグラスを起点に山あいの村々を抜け、標高422メートルのスネーフェル山頂道路まで上って戻る周回コースです。TTウィーク以外なら、石垣、海岸沿いの生垣、荒野の風景の中を、自分のペースで一周できます。TT期間中は道路が閉鎖され、250人のライダーが平均時速216kmで競います。

- Douglas
マン島の首都で、TTコースのスタートとゴールの地点。Glencrutchery Roadのグランドスタンドは、世界で最も危険なレースの中枢です。
- Ramsey
山岳区間が始まる北部の海沿いの町。Ramsey HairpinはTTで最も写真に撮られるコーナーの一つで、レースシーズン以外の港は静かです。
- Snaefell Summit
島で最も高い621mの地点。晴れた日には、頂上のカフェからイングランド、スコットランド、アイルランド、ウェールズを同時に望めます。
- Creg-ny-Baa
TTバイクが時速260kmで駆け抜ける右コーナーの外側にあるパブ。1911年の最初のTT以来、ここではバイクが猛スピードで通過するのを見てきました。
- Douglas Finish
Hailwood、Dunlop、McGuinnessがチェッカーフラッグを受けたフィニッシュライン。TT Grandstandは通年で見学できます。
