ブラジル
RS-235はSerra Gaúchaを通って、1820年代にドイツ系とイタリア系の移民によって開拓された谷をたどります。グラマードではハーフティンバー様式の建築、ソーセージ、Gemütlichkeitが楽しめ、Parque do Caracolの滝や、ブラジル最高級のMerlotとMoscatoが生まれるVale dos Vinhedosへと続きます。

- São Leopoldo
1824年にブラジル初のドイツ系移民植民地として創設されました。Museu Histórico Visconde de São Leopoldoが町の歴史的遺産の中心です。
- Novo Hamburgo
なだらかな丘陵にハンブルクを見いだしたドイツ人入植者たちによって名付けられました。ここから道はSerra Gaúchaの谷へと登っていきます。
- Gramado
バイエルン風の山あいの町で、ブラジル最大の映画祭が開催されます。ハーフティンバー造りの通り沿いには、チョコレート店とアジサイが並びます。
- Parque do Caracol
高さ131mのCascata do Caracolが玄武岩の渓谷へと落ち込みます。ブラジル南部で最も壮観な滝で、駐車場から15分です。
- Nova Petrópolis
このルートで最も本格的なゲルマン風の町です。Parque do Imigranteでは、19世紀のドイツ系移民集落が再現されています。
- Bento Gonçalves
ブラジルのワインの都であり、イタリア系移民文化の中心地です。蒸気機関車Maria Fumaçaがブドウ畑を抜けてCarlos Barbosaまで走ります。
- Vale dos Vinhedos
ブラジル初のDOCで、1870年代にヴェネト州出身の移民によって植えられました。玄武岩質の土壌でMerlot、Moscato Giallo、Tannatが栽培されています。
