リオグランデ・ド・スル州西部のイエズス会伝道ルートで、ユネスコ世界遺産の道。17世紀の7つのレドゥクションの遺跡を巡り、グアラニーの共同体とイエズス会の司祭たちがアメリカ大陸で最も先進的な理想社会を築き上げたが、1756年にポルトガル人によって破壊された。

- Porto Alegre
西へ向かうドライブの出発点となるガウーショの中心都市。高原では、アラウカリアの森が開けたパンパとミッションの地へと移り変わっていく。
- Santo Ângelo
ミッション巡りの玄関口で、São Miguel のファサードを模した大聖堂と、博物館に収められた見事なグアラニー・イエズス会の彫像がある。
- São Miguel das Missões
最大規模の遺跡。崩れた柱の間に、赤い砂岩のバロック様式の教会ファサードがそのまま残っている。夜の音と光のショーは非常に感動的。
- São João Batista Mission
Entre-Ijuís にある、あまり訪れる人の多くないミッション遺跡。回収されたグアラニーの宗教像の博物館があり、その美しさは格別。
- São Luiz Gonzaga
ミッション地域の中心地で、独自の遺跡と、レドゥクション共同体の遺産を記録する生きたグアラニー文化センターがある。
