中央高原の一部区間は人里離れており、燃料や宿泊施設が限られるため、立ち寄り先は慎重に計画してください。Hai Van のような山岳の峠は低い雲に覆われ、視界が大きく悪くなることがあります。道路は概ね舗装されていますが、場所によっては狭く、農業用車両と共有されています。
