エチオピア
エチオピア北部を巡るこの定番ループは、国内屈指の歴史遺産と迫力ある高地の景観を結びます。Addis Ababaを起点に、Bahir Dar と Lake Tana、Blue Nile Falls、Gondar の帝国時代の城、Simien Mountains を経て、Axum、Lalibela へ向かい、その後は高地を抜けて戻ります。

- Addis Ababa
エチオピアの賑やかな首都から出発します。ここから高地の道路が北へと登り始めます。歴史周遊ルートの自然な出発点です。
- Bahir Dar
Lake Tana のほとりにある、のんびりした湖畔の街。ヤシ並木の並ぶ大通りとゆったりした空気が、最初の宿泊地としてちょうどいい雰囲気です。
