- Otranto
イタリア最東端の町。大聖堂の12世紀のモザイク床には、600の人物が描かれた生命の樹があり、アラゴン城は、1480年に800人の住民が殉教した港を見下ろしています。

硫黄を含む泉が、アドリア海の断崖にそびえるムーア風のヴィラの下にある海食洞から湧き出しています。ここからオトラントまでの海岸道路は、サレント海岸で最も劇的な区間です。
