この北極圏のルートを冬に旅するのは、極寒、凍結した道路、極夜を伴います。10月から4月まではスノータイヤやチェーンが必須です。ペトロザヴォーツクより北ではサービス施設や給油所がまばらになるため、燃料補給の立ち寄りを慎重に計画してください。寒冷地仕様で信頼できる車両を強くおすすめします。
