دائرة جلاباو هي رحلة برية كلاسيكية عبر السِّيرادو في شرق توكانتينس، وتربط بَلماس بمسارات رملية وكثبان برتقالية وينابيع زرقاء وشواطئ نهرية حول ماتييروس، ساو فيليكس دو توكانتينس، وبونتي ألتا دو توكانتينس. إنها منطقة نائية وجميلة، ويُفضَّل استكشافها بوتيرة هادئة.
